To have consistency among all of UN Women’s corporate websites, images should have the following dimensions:

Resolution = 72 pixels per inch

Slideshow images
w = 638px | h = 300px

Main highlight
w = 360px | h = flexible; 190–210px recommended

Small highlights
w = 142px | h = flexible; 75px recommended

Generic module (for example, the ED’s corner on the HQ homepage)
w = 244px | h = flexible; 163px recommended

Landing pages

These are the main section landing pages, for example, What We Do, Countries, About Us. If you want to use thumbnail images for each topic, use the following dimensions:

Thumbnail images
w = 200px | h = 95px

Interior pages

Full-column photos for main topic or country pages
w = 675px | h = 350px

Editorial photos, single-column template (photos with captions) — these are recommendations
Horizontal (full-column): w = 960px | h = 720px or 640px (depending on the camera)
Horizontal (small): w = 480px | h = 320px or 360px (depending on the camera)
Vertical: w = 360px | h = 480px or 540px (depending on the camera)

Editorial photos, two-column template, main content column — these are recommendations
Horizontal (full-column): w = 675px | h = 450px or 506.25px (depending on the camera)
Horizontal (small): w = 400px | h = 267px or 300px (depending on the camera)
Vertical: w = 300px | h = 400px or 450px (depending on the camera)

Publication covers
Largest dimension (usually the height): max 1280 px
